How it works
We also know that leaders don’t always get the 1:1 support that they need. We know that they flirt with overwhelm and look burnout in the eyes and a lot of the time they don’t look after their own wellbeing that well.
We know that sometimes there isn’t a specific goal or problem that leaders want to discuss but it is hard to structure their thinking, untangle their thoughts and validate the actions that they want to take.
This is why we offer our Sounding Board service. This is a longer term relationship that means we work with you to navigate the ups and downs of work and life.
These are regular conversations and availability to allow you to share and discuss what is going on for you.
These conversations can be coaching, mentoring, listening, advising, probing or just a way of making sure that you or your team don’t become burnt out or overwhelmed by offering them support that is just for them.
Our Sounding Board conversations are less formal, less structured and driven by what you need at that time.
